Walk-in patients are always welcome, but Work-In appointments save you time.

We always have same day appointments for sick children.

Very sick children are always seen first, regardless of appointment or ability to pay!

Advice given 24 hours a day, by our office nurse who knows you and your child.

Pediatrician on call to direct Emergency Treatment and supplement nurse’s advice

Parents always decide when emergent care is needed.
 

Daytime calls are usually returned at noon or 5:00 pm.

Routine after hours calls are returned within the hour.

When you say “emergency” we call you immediately.
 


We now offer on-line consultation using secure messaging.

Simply register as a new user and we will reply to your medical questions, requests for refills, and appointments within 2 business days.

You will generally be charged for medical advice.

This will only be provided to established patients, who do not require another examination.
 


Parents define emergencies.

After hours, call the clinic and specify emergency.

Our nurse or doctor will then assist you with obtaining care.

For extreme emergencies, call 911, but please let us help you as soon as possible.
 


We encourage “Shopping for your Pediatrician” before your child needs us.

Visits by future parents are encouraged to discuss newborn care.
